Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Lu Flux online shop. By placing an order you acknowledge to have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these please email us with questions and enquiries to before placing your order.

Please note that all products made using vintage and salvaged fabrics are unique, one-off original garments and cannot be replicated.

At Lu Flux we make every effort to ensure that the description and photography of the products appear as realistic as possible. However due to the constraints of digital reproduction on different web browsers, we cannot guarantee exact colour depiction.

Every care is taken to ensure descriptions and measurements are accurate, however slight variations may occur.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.


We accept payment via Paypal which is a safe transaction method and easy to use. You don't have to be a member of Paypal to use it. If you would like to make a payment using a cheque please email and we can discuss further information. In this instance we would have to wait for the payment to clear before dispatching the goods ordered.


All orders are sent out via the Royal Mail Recorded Signed For service. For orders placed by midday (GMT) Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch the same day. For orders placed after midday, please allow an extra working day before your goods are delivered. All orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Our carrier will deliver your parcel anytime between 9am and 6pm and all deliveries will require a signature.

Please note that any duties and taxes charged at customs when sending overseas are the responsibility of the buyer.

UK Delivery will take up to 5 working days within the UK.

Alternatively you can collect your order for free from our East London studio. Please email the studio to arrange the collection.

EUROPE Delivery will take up to 10 working days in Europe.

INTERNATIONAL Delivery will take up to 12 working days.

We do offer a discounted combined shipping charge if you order multiple items. This will be applied at the checkout stage.


We do hope that you are happy with your order but in the unlikely event that it is not quite right, we are pleased to offer you a refund or exchange. Goods must be returned in the original condition in which they were sent, unmarked and unworn with all tags and tickets intact. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed. Subject to stock availability we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.

You have 7 days from receiving your item to return the order. Exchanges and refunds must be conducted within 7 days of delivery, after this Lu Flux refuses the right to accept a refund or exchange. Please note that return postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you. All returns must be arranged with us in advance by emailing

In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your Paypal account to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Please note that refunds onto Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations.

If you wish to return your item and receive a full refund items need to be returned and reach us within 7 days of being received by you.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. Here at Lu Flux we make every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged upon arrival please do not accept the package and contact us immediately via email or telephone.

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty. We will be happy to offer a like for like, size exchange or credit note for any unwanted Sale items, provided the items are re-saleable with all tags attached. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. 

We insist that all returns and exchanges are sent by a recorded/tracked service. When you return your goods please ensure they are well packaged so they are not damaged in the post. Lu Flux cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please address your returns to:
